Full Player Skills Program Breakdown

Private Training (1-on-1)

Indoor Gymnasium Locations:
Cathedral Gymnasium - St. Augustine, FL
SMG The Lab - Jacksonville, FL
Ortega Methodist Gymnasium - Jacksonville, FL

*Jacksonville Beach Location available upon request
*Transportation can be provided upon request





 

$50       
1-hour & 15 minutes

- Workout includes specific 1-on-1 custom training where I devote my attention to detail of your overall game.

- Each workout has a customized workout plan that is specifically geared toward the player the builds on strengths and identities any player weaknesses and improves on them.

- Workouts include a 5 or 10 workout plan package. Discount offered for more than 5 workouts.

Group Workouts

$25 per player/2 hours

- Workout includes up to 6-8 players

- Players will learn the efficient way to elevate their game through competitive drills and skill work

- 1st hour: Competitive drills and skill work

- 2nd hour: Live full court scrimmage

- Group Training Workouts will include players similar to the same skill level in each group that best fits each players game

- Workout includes utilizing the Dr. Dish Shooting Machine

- Monthly Plan & Discounts are available for 8 or workouts.

Semi-Private Workouts

$35 per player/1-hour 15 minutes

- Workout includes a smaller private workout setting that includes up to 3-4 players

- Players will learn the efficient way to elevate their game through competitive drills and skills

- Small group training provides players with more individualized instruction and feedback

- Workout includes utilizing the new Dr. Dish Shooting Machine

At-Home Workouts

$60 per player/1-hour 15 minutes
*A travel fee may be applied

- Workout includes training at the convenience of your home residence basketball court

- Private training workouts gives players the opportunity to receive the 1-on-1 attention needed to maximize their individual skill set.

- Each workout has a customized workout plan that is specifically geared toward the player that builds on player strengths and identifies any player weaknesses and improves on them.
